Amplify working manner setup instruction
1. When the unit is power on and standby, press "0000" in the remote control and "enter" key to enter in factory working mode
2. Customer set the amplifier working manner accordingly: press number key "5" as built-in amplifier (rem 5 = inside), press number key "6" as external amplifier (rem 6 = outside), note: don't press any aother key, otherwise may caused non-working at some relative functions)
3. After finish setup, press "open" key to exit

Q. How can I decide if the unit fit my car?
1. Check our DVD/NAVI unit dimension to make sure it is match the stock radio
2. Power harness and pins
It is important to check with us before placing order if you vehicle has stock DVD/navigation screen or amplifier system, they may not compatible with our units.
Q: What is region of DVD?
A: There is no region limit for this player for worldwide usage.
Q: Do I need to buy other frame and wire harness?
A: Smartauto24 units are special designed to replace stock radio system, they are with same dimensions. The refitting frame and wire harness are included in the box.
Q. Can GPS system work in my country?
A. There is no country / region limit for the GPS system, but you do have to config the following correctly in order to use the system:
1) config the GPS system to fit the unit screen resolultion, it is 800*480px in default
2) config the port="2" or "3" ; baud="9600" in the system config file
Q. Is GPS map included?
A. Yes GPS maps will be preloaded for your country/region for free.
Q. Why my unit cannot receive GPS signals?
A. You must set the following correctly:
* Port (COM) = 2
* Speed (baud) = 9600
Or
* Port (COM) = 3
* Speed (baud) = 9600
It’s also recommended to put the GPS antenna on a place with good signal reception.
Q. What’s the product warranty?
A. The product has one year warranty, 30 day money back guaranteed if there is quality issue.
Q. There is a "Safety Warning" screen if I watch TV or play DVD while driving, how can I disable that?
A. There is a "BRAKE" wire comes from the head unit, simply connect it to GND/negative power.
Q. My vehicle has a stock headrest or flip down roof DVD Player/monitor, is this unit 100% compatible with it?
A. Our unit can support A/V output to a headrest or roof mount dvd player provided:
* The headrest or roof dvd can support A/V input via RCA jack.
* The headrest or roof dvd work separately, it is not controlled by stock radio/stereo system.
Q. Does this unit support bluetooth voice command function?
A. No this unit does not support voice command.
Q. Does this unit support satellite radio (XM / SIRIUS)?
A. No this unit does not support both XM and SIRIUS radio.
Q. Why I cannot adjust volume after installing?
A. There is a wire marked AMP (for amplifier control), please make sure you have connect correctly.
